A festive moment of calm This December, our charity was delighted to offer a Christmas wreath making workshop for staff and patients. It was a chance to welcome a moment of creativity, connection, and calm during one of the busiest times of the year. The session was beautifully led by Cara, founder of Make It Flourish, alongside Alison, from the wonderful RHS Communities Outreach Team. Together, they provided everything needed to make the afternoon special: seasonal foliage, decorative materials, and an inspiring, step-by-step workshop that guided even the most reluctant beginners from a bundle of greenery to a handmade festive wreath. For staff working in fast-paced, clinical ward environments, the workshop offered a rare and valuable opportunity, a time to unwind, bond with colleagues outside of work pressures, and engage in a moment of restorative calm. Workshops like this are only possible thanks to generous donations to our Staff Wellbeing Fund. Your support enables us to provide staff with small pockets of rest, relaxation, and creativity, helping them to recharge so they can continue delivering outstanding care every day. We are deeply grateful to everyone who donates, to Cara for her expert guidance, and to the RHS Communities Outreach Team for their enthusiasm and materials. Manage Cookie Preferences
